Farma of Rhodes support for volunteer initiatives 

At Farma of Rhodes, we believe that supporting initiatives that make a meaningful contribution to environmental protection and the prevention of environmental issues is particularly important for the local community. For this reason, we donated equipment to the Dimylia and Eleousa Volunteer Group (EODE) to support their work.

The Work of EODE

Dimylia and Eleousa Volunteer Team is an active team operating in Rhodes that focuses on civil protection issues. 

Its members participate in operations such as fire prevention, emergency support, firefighting operations, and initiatives to protect the environment. 

Their work and presence on the island of Rhodes are important, especially during the fire season when needs are great. 

Farma of Rhodes Aid

Farma of Rhodes supported EODE with a donation of fire hoses and firefighting equipment. This initiative aimed to make a serious contribution to the team’s needs by providing equipment used directly in firefighting operations. 

The result 

The assistance provided to Dimylia and Eleousa Volunteer Team boosted the available equipment and enabled the volunteers to continue their work with greater capabilities. 

The support for EODE is one of the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives carried out by Farma of Rhodes. However, the volunteers’ work is ongoing and demanding, and support for equipment remains a priority.
